Made in black velour fur felt with a wired welt edge. Delightfully trimmed with vintage materials including, hand pleated vintage satin ribbon, silk veiling, curled Emu feather and an intricately detailed shoe buckle.

Laticia is made to be worn towards the front of the head and is fitted with an elastic band which goes around the back of the head, usually under the hair. One size fits all.
